It has a paved parking area, which Flamingo Land charge nearly a £1000.00 to lay. Also it has had a new carpet fitted throughout the living and dining area. There are transfer fees to pay if someone is buying from me to keep the van at Flamingo Land, this is 15% of the selling price otherwise if anyone bought the van to take off site I have been advised the cost is £400 to disconnect. There are site fees to pay approx. £3000,00. These are to be paid in March 2011. The van has site fees paid until March 2011.

Transfer Costs

Flamingo Land charge 15% + Vat ( 17.5 %) on the price you sell your caravan, so when the caravan is sold for 10K, the commission is charged at 15% of 10k = ( £1500) + 17.5 % vat on the £1500 = ( £262.50) so therefore £1500 + £262.50 = £1762.50 is the total transfer fee Flamingo Land charge to transfer everything over to the new owner.
