Our Terms & Conditions 2010
We agree to provide: TV, DVD Player, CD Player, Kettle, Iron, Ironing Board, Microwave, Toaster, Fridge Freezer. all plates, cups, crockery etc.
Duvets and pillows will be provided. There will also be a selection of Books, DVD's and CD's for guests to use during their stay.
Guests are however required to supply their own linen, towels, tea towels and toiletries etc..
There is however a linen hire shop within the complex with charges as follows:
- Double bedding set is £5.00
- Double cover, double sheet and 2 pillow cases
- Single bedding set is £3.00
- Single cover, single sheet and 1 pillow case
Guests need to buy an unlimited access pass from the booking office. The unlimited access passes can be bought from the log cabin to the right of the entrance of the Holiday Village. Please contact Flamingo Land Theme Park( 0871 911 8000) for up to date prices and offers.
There will be an extra £50 security deposit added on top of the price quoted which will be refunded within 7-10 days after the guest has left and the caravan has been inspected. If there are any damages or losses you will be informed of the damage and the £50 security deposit will NOT be repaid.
Any anti-social behaviour will not be accepted and guests will be asked to leave premises without a refund. Any theft or substantial damage to the caravan and its furnishings will result in reporting it to the police.
AT PRESENT WE ARE ACCEPTING CASH, CHEQUES AND POSTAL ORDERS.We require a £100 booking fee ( NOT REFUNDABLE, again by cheque/cash ) plus £50 security deposit to confirm your booking, the remaining balance must be paid at least 6 weeks prior to your holiday. If there is less than 6 weeks until your booked holiday the outstanding amount will be required in full at the time of booking.
Holiday cancellation: Should any problems arise and you need to cancel, please contact me asap, as the caravan can be hired out again. If the cancellation is made less than 4 weeks before your holiday, the deposits and balances are NOT refundable under any circumstances.
We do recommend guests taking out their own travel insurance as we can't be liable for any mishaps on guests behalf.
Guests can arrive from 2.00 pm onwards and must leave by 10.00am on the day of departure in order to allow cleaning to take place for the next guests.
Only the guests named on the booking form (one family) are allowed in the caravan (no more than 6 guests, 4 adults maximum). After a facility pass check if there is found to be more than 6 people staying in the caravan the whole party will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
Families only. No all male/ female or all youth groups. No pets. No smoking.
Deposits are non refundable.
Security bonds are refundable after inspection of the caravan, providing there is no damage, nothing broken, no smoking or no pets and the caravan is left clean and tidy.
Balances are only refundable if cancellation is made more than 4 weeks prior to your holiday start date.
Only postal orders or cash by registered mail accepted on late bookings.
The person signing the booking form is responsible for the entire party and their behaviour and also for any damage costs.
Persons under the age of 18 must not be left in the caravan unsupervised.
Leader of party must be at least 21 years of age.
All breakages MUST be reported before departure and PAID for.
Please leave the caravan clean and tidy.
Please dispose of all rubbish in skips provided.
STRICTLY NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED.
In wet weather, please do not park your car on the grass.
No ball games allowed around the caravan please use the fields provided.
Our caravan is not suitable for 2 families sharing.
Anyone found breaking the above terms and conditions will be required to vacate the caravan immediately without refund.
